At PDFToolsVY, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. Since we offer digital credit packages that are instantly credited to your account, our refund policy has specific conditions. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any of our credit plans.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. You are eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Billing: You were charged multiple times for a single credit package purchase due to a technical error.
  • Non-Delivery of Credits: You completed a payment, but the credits were not added to your account within 24 hours, and our support team cannot manually add them.
  • Major Technical Failures: You used your purchased credits, but the premium tools completely failed to process your documents due to an error on our servers, and we cannot resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: You purchased credits but decided you no longer need them.
  • Partial Usage: You have successfully used a portion of the credits from your purchased package.
  • File Compatibility Issues: The tool failed because your uploaded file was corrupted, encrypted (without providing the password), or in an unsupported format.
  • Time Passed: The refund request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team immediately. To help us process your request quickly, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your Order/Transaction ID
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 2-3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
